Key Duties
:
Manage and oversee all pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and complianceLead and support the pharmacy team, ensuring high standards of serviceRelieve the current pharmacist of duties and take full responsibility for managementMaintain accurate dispensing and stock control processesDrive operational improvements and ensure smooth work flow
Package and Benefits:
Salary: £55,000 £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience; experienced managers or Independent Prescribers may command higher rates).
Hours:
Full-time: MondayFriday (8:30 am 5:45 pm) and alternate Saturdays (9:00 am 12:00 pm). OR flexible options if needed:, 5 weekdays, or 4 weekdays + Saturday. Minimum requirement: 3 weekdays + alternate Saturday.Holiday: 4 weeks annual leave + 4 Bank Holidays (Christmas and Easter BH).
Essential Requirements:
MUST be a registered Pharmacist in the UKMUST have GPhC registration Experience preferred
