We are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy retail flooring showroom, managing a team of 3–5 staff and driving both retail and trade sales performance. The role is Salary & Bonus - OTE £50k +
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a small showroom team
* Drive branch sales across retail and trade customers
* Build and maintain local trade relationships
* Maintain high showroom and merchandising standards
* Oversee daily branch operations including staffing, rotas, and stock
About You
* Retail, showroom, or branch management experience
* Strong sales and customer service capability
* Experience leading and motivating small teams
* Flooring, home improvement, or building materials experience desirable
