The Role
This Legal 500 ranked department is seeking to recruit a 7+ PQE Construction Solicitor to join them, based in Lancashire.
Due to the department's standing in the North-West, you will have access to a high quality range of work which will help you to further your name in the market. You will have the opportunity here to embark on a fast-track pathway to Partnership.
This opportunity would see you focusing on a variety of contentious and non-contentious work to an array of clients across the construction industry. Your clients will include contractors, engineers, developers and architects.

Requirements
* You will have 7+ years of experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
* You will have experience advising and representing clients on a wide range of construction matters
