ITM Power is a global leader in green hydrogen and PEM electrolyser technology, helping industry decarbonise and accelerate the energy transition. With demand scaling rapidly, we’re hiring a commercially astute Senior Legal Counsel to strengthen their growing legal team.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the UK and internationally to provide pragmatic, business-centric advice in a fast-moving, engineering/manufacturing environment. Expect genuine ownership across the contracting lifecycle and exposure to strategic matters.
You will:
* Draft, review and negotiate complex, high-value customer and supplier contracts (framework agreements, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, SLAs), including cross-border arrangements with blue-chip counterparties.
* Support procurement on flow-down terms across supply chain, EPC, O&M and major equipment.
* Advise on corporate/commercial, governance and compliance matters (competition law, UK GDPR/data protection, sanctions/export controls).
* Assist with disputes and potential litigation, instruct and manage external counsel.
* Monitor relevant UK & EU legislative changes impacting energy/industrial projects and translate into actionable guidance and training for the business.
