2026 Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) – UK. 2.5-year rotational program across the Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) region, with two 12-month rotations and onboarding. Start dates span March–October 2026. Assessments centres occur October 2025 to January 2026. This program develops future finance leaders who act as dedicated finance business partners and uphold the highest integrity.
What is FLDP?
FLDP is a globally recognized graduate finance talent development program within Johnson & Johnson that has contributed to driving financial results for over 25 years. It is a community with a global footprint and a track record of developing graduates into finance leaders.
Program Details
* Duration: 2.5 years, followed by a permanent position
* Start date: March–October 2026
* Assessments Centers: October 2025 to January 2026
* Rotations: 6 months onboarding; two 12-month rotations
* First rotation: based in home country; second rotation in another country; final placement back in home country
* Locations: EMENA region; possible hires in UK, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic
* Rotations cover different areas of accounting and finance in two countries; regionally aligned training and virtual sessions
Locations
The program is rotational within the Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) region. You may be hired into one of the following countries: UK, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic. Graduating roles typically return to the starting country.
Requirements
* Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Finance, Accounting & Controlling, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent preferred)
* Graduated in 2024 or 2025, or by August 2026 at the latest
* Less than 2 years of full-time work experience (internships/apprenticeships excluded)
* Geographic mobility and willingness to relocate across Europe
