As a Stores Operative, your responsibilities will include:
* Picking, packing and accurately processing incoming orders
* Replenishing stock and maintaining organised product displays for customer walk ins
* Supporting onsite service activities by preparing components and ensuring parts are available
* Advising customers at the trade counter, including farmers, engineers and tradespeople
* Recommending suitable parts or alternative solutions when equipment breaks down
* Visiting clients when required to assist with stock checks or technical queries
As a Stores Operative, your experience will include:
* Practical, hands on experience repairing or working on machinery, tools, vehicles or equipment
* Confident customer service skills, ideally gained within a trade counter, retail, engineering or parts environment
* Willingness to learn detailed product information across multiple industrial categories
* Comfort working Saturdays as part of your weekly schedule
