Dairy Herd Manager Dairy Herd Manager- Ayrshire, Scotland - £45,000 – £60,000 Accommodation The Job: You’ll take responsibility for the day to day management of a large, rotational grazing dairy herd of around 1000 cows with focused spring block calving and a strong emphasis on grass‑based production. The role includes overseeing milking routines, herd health and welfare, youngstock rearing, forage utilisation, breeding programmes and delivering operational performance aligned with high animal welfare and production standards. You will also lead and develop a dedicated team, manage records and work closely with senior farm leadership to optimise herd profitability and pasture performance.
