Overview
A strong opportunity has become available for an Engineering Shift Team Leader to join a respected, industry-leading manufacturing business with a reputation for excellence. The Engineering Shift Team Leader will benefit from working for a company recognised for quality and operational standards.
The Engineering Shift Team Leader will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, supervising a team of engineers on a day-to-day basis, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements
* Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Engineering Qualification
Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
Requirements
* Leadership or Supervisor Experience
* Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding experience
* Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment
* Experience working on PLCs, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
Desirable
* Previous experience working as a Lead Engineer/Engineering Shift Team Leader/Engineering Supervisor in the UK.
