We’re working closely with a range of supportive and well-regarded secondary schools across the Chester who are seeking passionate subject specialists to join their teams for a variety of opportunities, including day-to-day supply, long-term cover, and temp-to-perm placements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Delivering high-quality lessons in your subject specialism, following the national curriculum
2. Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, respectful learning environment
3. Supporting pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND or additional needs
4. Collaborating with department leads and support staff to drive student progress
5. Adapting teaching approaches to engage and inspire diverse learners
6. Contributing to the wider school community with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
8. Secondary subject specialism (e.g. English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, etc.)
9. Strong classroom management and confident curriculum knowledge
10. A positive, proactive, and inclusive approach to teaching
11. A genuine passion for education and student development
