Overview
Were seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Shaftesbury. This is a temporary position for approximately 3 months, offering a varied workload and the opportunity to support several key business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the wider office team.
Assist with purchase ledger duties, including processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements.
Support fleet administration
maintaining records, scheduling servicing, and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Update and maintain accurate records and databases.
Assist with ad-hoc office tasks and projects as required.
About You
Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally with some finance or purchase ledger exposure).
Good attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Additional Information
This is a temporary assignment for approximately 3 months.
Full-time, office-based role (40 hours per week).
£12.60 per hour, paid weekly.
