Responsibilities
1. As a Support Worker you will provide personalised, high-quality care
2. Supporting individuals with mental health needs, learning difficulties, and other challenges
3. Encouraging independence and promoting well-being
4. Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
5. Taking part in clinical duties and effective care where appropriate
Requirements
6. Right to work in the UK
7. Excellent communication skills and empathy
8. A minimum of 1 university placement
9. NISCC registration (we can help you with this)
10. Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete)
