About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils in their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups.
* Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
* Work with children with a range of abilities and needs.
* Promote good behaviour and help pupils feel confident and supported.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children (school-based or related settings).
* A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to adapt to different school environments.
* Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
