An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Registry Services Directorate to join our Student Visa Compliance and Advice team as a result of the growth we have experienced in international student numbers in recent years.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take on a vital role in ensuring the University’s compliance with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations. As part of our commitment to supporting international students, you’ll lead on the development and continuous improvement of processes (including enrolment, attendance, placement and on-programme monitoring) that respond to changes in immigration policy.
This is a key position in safeguarding the University’s status as a licensed Student visa sponsor—essential to our ability to welcome students from around the world to the University of Wolverhampton.
We seek to employ an individual with an understanding of UKVI sponsor duties and HE student sponsor policy and regulation. You will have experience of UKVI reporting, visa compliance and policy, and working in a fast-paced environment alongside experience of managing staff and analytical skills.
