1 x 28 hours TERM TIME ONLY – FIXED TERM - 12 MONTHS Hours to be worked across Monday to Friday 830am to 5.00pm An exciting opportunity has become available to join Stockport School Nursing Service as a community school staff nurse providing preventative and supportive health care to children, young people and their families. You will be working under the supervision of a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) supporting the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme developing your skills in public health and multi agency working We are looking for a dynamic registered nurse with strong interpersonal skills who is able to communicate with professionals and children, young people and their families in a confident manner. You will have a passion for promoting public health supporting children, young people and their families in Stockport to adopt healthy lifestyles.
