We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join our friendly team at Leeds Kirkstall Vets for Pets.
Our new Clinical Lead will be instrumental in mentoring and developing a growing team of two vets, alongside a strong nursing team, including four RVNs. The practice offers scope for shaping current practices, streamlining workflows, and driving clinical excellence to improve patient outcomes. You will lead on standards and processes, implement positive change, and help us become the practice of choice for pet-owning Leeds locals.

We are looking for someone to work full time (37.5 hours/week), with no OOHs, and Saturdays on a 1:3 rota basis. We are open to compressed hours for better work-life balance.
Compensation includes a salary up to £80,000 based on experience, a £5,000 relocation/welcome bonus, and standard benefits such as pension, healthcare, paid memberships, and additional perks like discounts at Pets at Home and relocation packages, including visa sponsorship (we are an A+ rated sponsor).

Requirements include small animal experience as a general practitioner and excellent people skills. Comfort with sole charge and teamwork is essential.
