You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve product performance, support manufacturing cells, and lead process improvements across production activities. Responsibilities will include: Supporting product performance and manufacturing processes Root cause analysis and corrective action activities Supporting Design for Manufacturability and New Product Introduction activities Working with KPIs, metrics and reporting to drive improvements Supporting manufacturing cells with technical engineering expertise SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS HND or degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or a related STEM discipline Experience within electronics manufacturing environments Knowledge of process improvement and lean manufacturing principles Experience with process FMEA, control plans and process flow development Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information Experience working within engineering or manufacturing organisations TO BE CONSIDERED Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via kelly.harvey@searchability.com.
