What you'll be doing
* Lead strategic communications, branding, and marketing initiatives to position the institution as a leader in healthcare
* Manage high-level stakeholder engagements, hosted visits, and community outreach events
* Drive marketing and digital campaigns to enhance the institution’s visibility and reputation
* Support fundraising efforts through strategic donor communications and stewardship
* Mentor and lead a high-performing communications team
* Lead academic and community engagement events to strengthen institutional presence
* Monitor industry trends, measure impact, and provide insights to senior leadership
* Oversee project execution, budget allocation, and cross-functional coordination
What we're looking for
* Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Journalism/ Communications/ Public Relations or related studies
* 18 - 20 years of experience in Healthcare communications, marketing, or strategic engagement roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling narratives across channels
* Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and influencing across complex environments
* Confident public speaker with strong presentation skills and executive presence
* Proven change leader with experience navigating ambiguity and aligning cross-functional teams
* Effective people manager with experience leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams and fostering inclusive, collaborative cultures
