They are on the lookout for an experienced and job‑ready Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Nottingham.

Duties
* Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
* Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
* Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
* Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Skills and experience
* Degree within architectural technology
* Significant post‑qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* Job‑running experience is essential
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Experience working on residential and commercial projects
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong technical and design skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham area
