Role Purpose
The Training & Quality Manager will be responsible for all matters related to training and quality in the airport environment, with a particular focus on managing and overseeing the training programme.
What You Will Be Doing
* Deliver all required training to the highest standard in line with the Menzies Learning and Development Policy, ensuring records and compliance are maintained accurately.
* Communicate effectively with the FOH Duty Manager and Training and Quality Lead to coordinate staff availability for observations and assessments.
* Gather and process data and documentation necessary for the success of the Training Department using manual, automated, or computerized systems, including report writing.
* Demonstrate flexibility in attending and delivering company and airline courses, including those for existing and future airline customers.
* Attend any courses required by Menzies Aviation to fulfill regulatory and mandatory training obligations worldwide.
