To provide a high quality and comprehensive Personal Assistant service to the Adult Community Services Directorate Management Team.
To deal with staff, managers, clinicians and external organisations in a professional and courteous manner, promoting a professional and efficient interface on behalf of the Adult Community Services Directorate.
To provide clerical support and maintain records.
To carry out administrative tasks.
To work to short deadlines whilst responding to changing priorities.
To work as part of a team to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided.
The post-holder will be accountable for their own actions and to manage their own workload.
The post-holder is expected to work flexibly and to multi-task to ensure high quality personal assistance and administrative support is provided at all times.
An enthusiastic and experienced Personal Assistant will join the Adult Community Services Directorate, providing high‑quality administrative and organisational support to the Senior Management Team.

The successful candidate will deliver a comprehensive and efficient PA service to the Group Management Team.

You will support the delivery of the Trust Strategy by ensuring administrative processes, communication pathways and governance arrangements run smoothly.
