About the Role As our Tenant Voice and Engagement Administrator, you’ll play a key role in amplifying tenant voices and fostering meaningful engagement. You’ll organise forums, support community initiatives, and ensure feedback leads to real change. From coordinating events to supporting complaint resolution and compliance, your work will directly impact the lives of our tenants and the quality of our services. What You’ll Be Doing Organising tenant meetings, forums, and focus groups Supporting engagement programmes and satisfaction surveys Maintaining feedback channels and acting on tenant input Collaborating with local organisations and charities Assisting with complaints and compliance processes Promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of your work What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Warm, welcoming, and emotionally intelligent Organised, detail-oriented, and a great communicator Experienced in administration and customer service Passionate about community engagement and social impact Skilled in MS Office and comfortable using databases Flexible, proactive, and a team player Why Join Us?
