We are seeking an exceptional Retail Sales and Operations Manager to lead our team in Redhill.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service aligned with WFF’s ‘good fashioned service’ ethic, and eager to make a meaningful difference in our customers' lives.
Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is the UK's largest ready-meal supplier, delivering over 330 varieties of frozen meals across the UK, primarily serving the elderly, their families, and healthcare professionals.

The Retail Sales and Operations Manager will take ownership of their territory, viewing it as their own business, and will aim to achieve outstanding results by leveraging national support and fostering local relationships within the community.

* Lead by example, supporting and enabling your team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Develop team members’ knowledge and passion for our food
* Foster a respectful and supportive team environment
* Prioritize health and safety above all else
Costs of Local Distribution (COLD)
* Manage costs related to labour, vehicles, depot, and local marketing
* Review performance monthly with the Regional Manager
* Ensure actions are taken to keep the depot on target
Growing Sales
* Manage customer relationships locally, supporting national campaigns
* Ensure CRM activities are executed
* Implement local initiatives to meet sales targets
Community Engagement
* Engage with local community organizations, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
Essential experience includes building strong customer relationships, delivering sales and profit targets, leading and developing teams, and interpreting data for success.
Desirable skills include retail or hospitality experience, health & safety compliance, and change management experience. Candidates must hold a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years, with offers subject to driving assessments and DBS checks.
