Job introduction Responsibilities Oversee the housekeeping department and team, ensuring all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet health and safety standards. Lead, mentor, and support the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service. Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain and improve cleanliness standards. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Build positive relationships with residents and staff, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate team members. Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail. A genuine passion for creating a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
