The role
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to identify business needs, gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of business solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to improve operational efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and ensure that business objectives are translated into effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. * Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. * Create process maps, workflow diagrams, business cases, and functional requirements documents. * Collaborate with project teams, developers, and business users to ensure solutions meet business requirements. * Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of business change initiatives. * Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria. * Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business needs. * Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and stakeholders. * Ensure documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: * Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
