About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Working Joiner Supervisor to oversee teams and deliver joinery works to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to exacting quality.
Key Duties
 * 
 Supervising and managing staff and subcontractors on-site.
 * 
 Carrying out a range of joinery tasks, including First and Second Fix Joinery.
 * 
 Ordering and managing materials to meet project requirements.
 * 
 Ensuring all necessary plant and equipment are arranged and available.
 * 
 Working to programmes and deadlines, ensuring projects run smoothly.
 * 
 Implementing and maintaining all health and safety requirements.
 * 
 Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Personal Requirements
 * 
 Extensive joinery experience (essential).
 * 
 Proven supervisory experience with excellent management skills.
 * 
 Relevant certifications: CSCS/SMSTS or SSSTS.
 * 
 First Aid Certification (essential).
 * 
 Full, clean UK driving licence.
 * 
 Flexibility and willingness to travel.
