Job Title: Unqualified Teacher
Location: Worksop
Salary: £600 – £650 per week
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time, Long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediate
GSL Education are seeking confident and motivated Unqualified Teachers to work in a number of secondary schools in Worksop, supporting learning and delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4.

About the Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will take responsibility for delivering pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students remain engaged, on task and supported throughout the lesson. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Ensure students remain focused and engaged throughout lessons
* Support learning across a range of subjects
* Maintain a safe, structured and positive classroom environment
* Report any issues or concerns to relevant school staff
* Follow lesson plans provided by teaching staff
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work or similar)
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Confident ability to lead a class independently
* Professional, adaptable and reliable approach
* Ability to build rapport with secondary-aged students
