The customer service role involves administration, customer service via phone calls, webchat and emails and working with multiple systems so excellent customer service skills, the ability to problem solve and being able to remain calm under pressure is key as well as having a good technical aptitude for databases, Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
As a Customer Service Executive you will:
6. Work with customers on the phone, via live chat and email to help them use and understand the service and the data provided, working within set SLAs
7. Handle general client queries and monitor / handle external and internal emails
8. Place customer orders using multiple and sometimes complex systems
9. Learn and maintain product and service knowledge
10. Set up client accounts and provide support to new customers including quotations
11. Promote existing and new products and services where required
Skills & experience required:
12. Previous phone / office based customer service experience ideally
13. Good computer literacy and administration skills
14. High attention to detail and good accuracy levels
15. Previous experience with Google Drive and CRM systems is a strong advantage
Salary, hours & company benefits:
16. £25,260 per annum
17. Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
