Managing Director - Apparel Brand – England
A leading British apparel brand is seeking a commercially driven and visionary Managing Director to lead its next phase of growth.
They will be responsible for elevating the brand and product identity, expanding customer reach both in the UK and internationally, and spearheading growth across new concession and digital platforms. This role offers the chance to lead a purpose-driven business with deep roots and global potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to grow brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market share.
* Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across marketing, product, merchandising, and eCommerce.
* Drive expansion into new retail and digital channels, both domestically and internationally.
* Manage budgets and resources to maximise ROI and ensure operational efficiency.
* Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and strategic focus across the organisation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as Merchandising/Trading/Product Director or Managing Director in an apparel business.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering sustainable growth.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, action-oriented leadership style.
* Passion for ethical and sustainable business practices.
* Exceptional team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
