Telesales Executive

Boreahwmood (Office-Based) | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Commission

🌍 The Opportunity

As a Telesales Executive, you’ll become a key figure in driving commercial growth. You’ll be speaking with existing customers, uncovering their needs, and helping them get the most value out of what the business offers.

You’ll be working with warm leads, active accounts, and customers who already know the business - your job is to deepen those relationships, upsell where appropriate, and position new products or better terms that support their purchasing decisions.

Your role will include:

* Engaging with warm leads and existing customers to understand their buying patterns

* Upselling products and services, highlighting value, benefits, and tailored offers

* Encouraging customers to increase order volumes through improved pricing or terms

* Reigniting dormant accounts and developing them into active, loyal customers

* Managing follow-ups, quotes, and ongoing communication to keep relationships strong

* Working closely with the commercial team to hit growth targets and maximise sales opportunities

You’ll be given the tools, training, and freedom to create meaningful conversations that lead to long-term success.
