* Proactive support: Plan and deliver structured 1:1 mentoring and small group sessions to develop confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and social skills.
* Reactive support: Provide immediate guidance during behavioural incidents, helping pupils manage emotions, repair relationships, and reintegrate positively into classroom learning.
