About The Role

Reporting To: Operations Manager
Primary Job Purpose: To oversee the service delivery of all restaurant events, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Supervise restaurant planning and overall service delivery
* Maintain service standards by the team at all times
* Ensure quality standards for products are met and presented correctly
* Recruit, develop, and maintain a strong team across all food and beverage areas
* Champion a training culture to maintain knowledge and nurture talent
* Induct new staff into the team, culture, and values
* Work closely with the Head Chef and Reservations team for exceptional service
* Supervise operational staff to ensure high-quality event delivery
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure readiness for guests
* Manage client expectations and resolve queries promptly
* Contribute to team development
