About the Role
We are seeking a well-organised and motivated Project Support Officer to join our clients Capital & Estates team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of estates, facilities and equipment projects that directly impact patient care and staff experience.
Working closely with Project Managers and Programme Managers, you will provide high-quality administrative and project support to ensure projects are well-coordinated, documented and delivered effectively. This role will suit someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with a range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the Capital & Estates team.
* Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, meeting papers and audit trails.
* Arrange and coordinate meetings, workshops and working groups, ensuring accurate records and action logs are maintained.
* Assist in the development of communication materials, presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Collect, input and analyse project data to support monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
* Support stakeholder engagement activities, including liaising with clinical, corporate and estates staff.
* Maintain accurate project filing systems and ensure compliance with Trust policies and governance processes.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and a strong team player. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to competing demands. Experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably within a large or complex organisation, is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.

* Experience of working in an administrative or support role within a busy team environment.
* Experience of producing accurate records, reports and minutes.
* Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Desirable
* Experience of working in a large or complex organisation.
* Previous experience of supporting projects or service improvement work.
Knowledge & Skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
* Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Ability to collect, analyse and present data in a clear and concise way.
