As a Support Worker, offering person-centred support that promotes safety, independence, and positive outcomes. This is a deeply rewarding role that requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to maintain strong, trusting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Provide compassionate, person-centred care
6. Assist with meals, medication, and daily routines
7. Support clients during outings, walks, and activities
8. Create a safe and nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For:
Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, and professional boundaries
Calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
