The successful Resident Crane Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing large machines. In this role you will be providing a good level of customer service through product knowledge and customer interaction.
The role will involve:
1. Complete all preventive service, repair, warranty and inspection jobs allocated daily, to a high-quality standard
2. Safely work on PLC & complex electrical systems up to 1.1 KV
3. Build strong rapport and relationships with the customer, through professional behaviour and a customer-focused mind-set
4. Respond to routine enquiries from our customer about the technical aspects of the organization's products and services
5. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise, ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
6. Develop skills and knowledge of the organisation's products and service
7. Comply with all Legal and company standards, such as code of conduct and H&S practices.

8. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualifications essential
9. Experienced multi-skilled engineering experience with heavy plant equipment and working with Electrical and PLC systems
10. Able to read and follow electrical wiring diagrams
11. Fault finding and diagnostics of PLC Systems, as well as electrical fault finding
