Role
* Advising clients on rural real estate transactions, estate management, tenancies and other matters, working closely with the Private Client team as appropriate
* Drafting and negotiating agreements and documentation
* Managing a caseload and supervising junior team members with support from the senior team
* Actively participating in business development activities
You
* 3-6 years PQEinproperty / real estate law - mixed experience welcomed, rural property experience an advantage
* Ambitious and driven with excellent attention to detail
* Strong commercial acumen
