New Directions Education is looking for a motivated and reliable Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Denton, working in Reception. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated team and help pupils achieve their full potential.

The Role:
6. Supporting teaching staff in planning and delivering learning opportunities
7. Working with pupils one-to-one, in small groups, and within the classroom
8. Assisting in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities
9. Supporting pupils in all areas, academically, socially and emotionally
10. Helping manage classroom behaviour and promoting positive interactions
The Ideal Candidate:
11. Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification CACHE (Teaching and Learning)
12. Has experience working in a primary school, Early Years Setting
13. Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service
14. Can provide references, including most recent employer
15. Enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning
