Companionship and support needed for two days a week Ref: NB2237 Location: Devizes Details This role is to support a Woman The candidate should be a woman* Drivers licence required: No Employment status: Employed or Self-employed Hours per week: Tuesdays for 1.5 hours Fridays for 1.5hours Hourly pay rate: to be discussed - I am looking for a PA for two days a week on a Tuesday and Friday for 1 and half hours. I am looking for help with prompting and reminding me to do various things around the house and to also be a companion and a listening ear for me. I live at home with my two sons who are both autistic with varying needs and my two cats. Duties include: - Other relevant duties as required - Administration - Companionship - Help to keep on top of admin; getting me to check my emails and helping me with any forms/ phone calls that I need to make. - Be there to help remind and prompt me to get certain tasks completed. - It would be great for me to have a PA who can encourage me and support me with eating healthier and to also start doing some light exercises. - Help with de-cluttering the house and keeping on top of it. Candidate qualities: - Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality - Reliable with good timekeeping - Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative - Hygienic, tidy and well organised - Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties - Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills - Honest and cheerful - Creative - Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard - Must be comfortable with pets - Able to always work to high standards of health & safety - There may be times where my son may lash out at me when the PA is at the house so I would need someone who can emotionally support me during these times, to help me de-compress and be a calm presence in them situations. - I am looking for someone who I can vent to, someone who is caring and understanding and someone who wont judge me or my children. - Must be okay with cats Notes: All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required.
