Resourcer - Construction (Blue Collar / Trades & Labour)Location: Rickmansworth (Hybrid)Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic plus uncapped commissionWe are working with an established construction recruitment agency based in Rickmansworth that is looking to appoint a Resourcer to support its busy blue-collar division.The business operates as part of a wider recruitment group and offers a stable, well-structured environment with an experienced leadership team and a strong client base.The RoleThe successful candidate will support a predominantly temporary desk, sourcing and delivering skilled and semi-skilled labour into live construction projects. This is a delivery-focused role with the opportunity to progress into a full 360 consultant position over time.Key responsibilities include:Sourcing and screening candidates within the trades and labour marketManaging candidate availability and maintaining labour pipelinesSupporting consultants with live temporary requirementsEnsuring compliance and candidate documentation is kept up to dateMaintaining regular contact with placed workersThe MarketTrades and labour recruitment including labourers, electricians, plumbers and other site operativesClients include housebuilders and national fit-out contractors delivering projects for major retail and commercial brandsPredominantly London-based projects with some national coverageApproximately 90% temporary recruitmentCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Resourcer or delivery consultant (construction experience preferred but not essential)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, temporary recruitment environmentStrong communication skills and work ethicDesire to build a long-term career within recruitmentPackageBasic salary between £28,000 and £32,000 depending on experienceUncapped commissionClear progression and long-term career developmentFor further information or a confidential discussion, please apply or get in touch directly.
