Role Purpose:
To perform high-quality inspections of passenger lifts (escalators, elevators, stairlifts) ensuring compliance with BS EN81-1 and other standards. To produce detailed reports using Bureau Veritas’s tools, advise clients, and deliver exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
What does it take to apply?
Bureau Veritas holds UKAS accreditation, SAFed membership, and complies with SAFed Standard SS01.
Candidate requirements include:
* NVQ4, HNC, HND or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification for Lift & Crane
* Relevant mechanically biased engineering qualification preferred alongside LEEA qualifications
* 3-5 years post-qualification experience with relevant equipment
