CCR is supporting a well established client we have been working with now for a while, a company thriving in the current economy who are are looking to add further to theirGerman speaking Customer Support Team.
Full training and support is provided - ideally the successful candidate would have had some experience working within Customer Service (retail also suitable)
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients/customers via phone, email, and chat and other social channels.
2. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback and assist in document translation.
4. Communication: Liaise with delivery teams to ensure clear communication and efficient service execution.
