Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer
£85,000-£100,000 plus bonuses

The Role
You will handle a high-quality caseload of classic commercial litigation, including contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, director duties, restrictive covenants, confidentiality, IP and civil fraud matters, with potential exposure to professional liability and financial lines work. Clients are primarily SMEs and high-growth businesses, with work largely referred by trusted professional referrers.
The role offers significant autonomy, realistic caseloads (typically 10–15 live matters), and a strong emphasis on strategic, commercially focused advice rather than volume billing. Assessment is based on overall contribution to the firm, not purely billable hours.

* Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 DOE and in comparison to other team members
