Purpose of the Job - Planner
* Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance works for operatives and contractors.
* Manage diaries to ensure all appointments are booked efficiently and within target time‑scales.
* Monitor daily workloads to maximise operative productivity and meet KPI targets.
* Update systems accurately to reflect job progress and completion.
* Support the delivery of excellent customer service by ensuring timely communication and smooth workflow.
