What You'll Be Doing As a Cafe Team Leader, you'll: Deliver high café and BREW standards, ensuring full operational compliance Provide outstanding customer service across all café touchpoints Coordinate daily activities and communication within the café Identify opportunities for improvement using data and customer feedback Work closely with managers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve store targets Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and food safety standards Respond quickly to customer queries and resolve issues effectively Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and stock control Minimise waste through careful handling and stock management Complete all tasks and procedures in line with company policies About you We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll ideally have: Experience delivering excellent customer service The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Experience supporting or leading a team Strong operational knowledge of a café or hospitality environment A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers Awareness of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices You'll also be: A great communicator who listens and responds to customer needs Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks Committed to maintaining high standards in everything you do About us About us At Morrisons, we're all about delivering a great shopping and dining experience for our customers.
