Working Hours: 40+ per Week
Normal working days: Monday to Friday
PAY £22-£25ph + Bonuses
Start Times 4am - 2.30pm

We are looking to recruit skilled butchers to join our experienced team. This is a varied role, offering the opportunity to work across different areas of the business, in the abattoir and production facility.
The successful candidate must be able to:
· Work successfully as part of a team
· Follow instructions and work safely with a wide range of equipment
· Be self-motivated, reliable and prepared to work hard
Key Responsibilities
· Butchering carcasses to our high specification Beef/ Pork and Lamb
. Speed Boning
· Meat dicing
· Maintaining a clean and safe working environment across all butchery departments
You’ll be the kind of person who:

· Takes pride in their skills and uses their own initiative
· Has experience using a range of butchery equipment while maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
