Job Purpose
You will develop and deliver dynamic learning programmes that meet the needs of learners, utilizing diverse teaching strategies. You will plan and deliver employability skills and deliver in group settings to learners of varying abilities.
We offer courses lasting 2 weeks for unemployed learners aiming to develop vocational qualifications and find employment. The role involves delivering and assessing various programmes and qualifications.

Person Specification
You will need to be able to deliver the following qualifications:
* Level 1 Customer Service
* Level 1 Business Administration
* Level 1 Mental Health Awareness
* Level 1 Employability
Teaching Qualification – PTTLS/DETS/DTLLS/PGCE.
Assessment Qualification – TAQA, A1 or equivalent.
Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy.
Proficiency in IT applications and interactive training tools such as tablets, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
Experience in vocational teaching, training, and assessment.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging teaching sessions using effective learning strategies and technologies.
* Assess learners’ needs and set personalized plans and targets.
* Achieve positive outcomes including employment, apprenticeships, and qualifications.
* Provide academic and pastoral support to help learners reach their potential.
* Manage learner data and support needs efficiently.
* Manage individual learner targets to promote progression.
* Deliver programmes flexibly across the provision.
* Collaborate with the Programme Manager and Lead IQA to improve standards.
* Conduct assessments and liaise with verifiers and awarding bodies.
