Role Overview As an Appointment Setter / New Business Sales Specialist, responsibilities include: * Identifying and reaching out to potential clients across international STEM markets to introduce Mercury Hampton’s talent solutions. * Qualifying leads and building strong relationships with decision-makers, fueling the pipeline for the business development team. * Securing high-quality appointments and meetings for recruitment consultants and senior sales staff. * Utilizing next-generation digital tools and automation to optimize outreach and engagement. * Understanding client needs and providing information on Mercury Hampton’s full service offering. * Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding.
