Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM 365 Dynamics and Navision.
* Prepare quotations and ensure customers have all required commercial and technical details.
* Follow up on quotations, record feedback, and report on quote-to-order conversion rates.
* Process external and internal customer orders with high attention to detail to meet order acknowledgement KPIs.
* Provide monthly outlook reports in collaboration with the Commercial Export Manager.
* Manage export inbox and keep order books up to date.
* Coordinate with production teams for lead times and stock availability.
* Handle warranty cases and customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
* Issue certificates and declarations required for export compliance.
* Assist with updating customer pricing in Navision and price books.
* Support departmental projects for process improvement.
* Provide cover for colleagues during holidays or sickness to maintain service continuity.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in B2B Customer Service is essential.
* Previous experience in a Sales Administration role.
* Skilled in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, and MS Office Suite is preferred.
* Working in a busy environment under pressure is essential.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
