The Role
We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Volunteer Marketing Assistant to join our friendly team on a short-term basis (3–6 months). This role offers the chance to gain hands-on marketing and social media experience in both the beauty and education sectors, build your CV and contribute to a growing organisation that makes a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, graphics) for our beauty clinic and training programmes
* Assist with planning and scheduling content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
* Support in developing marketing campaigns to promote courses, treatments, and events
* Help monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where needed
* Research trends, hashtags and competitor activity to suggest creative ideas
* Contribute fresh, innovative content ideas to grow our online presence
What We're Looking For
* Passion for social media, marketing and creativity
* Good communication and writing skills
* Basic knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Canva (or willingness to learn)
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage time effectively
* A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to contribute ideas
