What you’ll do:
 6. Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
 7. Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with departmental leads.
 8. Manage accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
 9. Assist with year-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors as required.
 10. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
 11. Support and advise budget holders on management accounts review and analysis.
 12. Develop and maintain reporting solutions to monitor performance, impact, and strategic priorities.
 13. Extract, clean, and analyse data from multiple systems, translating insights into clear recommendations.
 14. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and user experience.
What you’ll need:
 15. Proven experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
 16. Experience with accounting systems such as Xero, Sage, SAP, or similar.
 17. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
 18. Strong communication skills, able to present complex financial and data insights clearly.
 19. Relationship-building skills, working collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
