Job Title: Project Manager Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 package Location: Mile End O’Neill and Brennan are working in partnership with a leading residential developer who are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager who is ready for the next step up to join their team on a major multi-phase residential scheme based in Mile End This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-established, well-financed business delivering high-quality residential developments across the capital. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of construction delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme and design specifications Coordinate and manage subcontractors, direct labour, and site logistics Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and reporting in conjunction with the commercial team Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Liaise with design, commercial, and technical teams to resolve issues and drive project progress Chair regular site meetings and produce reports for senior management Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including local authorities, consultants, and clients Drive quality standards across the site and monitor snagging/handover processes Requirements: Proven experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments, ideally in London Background with a residential developer Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams and trades in a fast-paced environment A steady employment history demonstrating long-term commitments to previous roles SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications To be considered for this exciting Project Manager opportunity with a respected residential developer, please apply today with your up-to-date CV.
